About cancellations of your order.

You, as a customer, can demand the cancellation of your service at any time, while you are still in the development period and before your project is completed. Our team in charge will determine through a pro-rata, the refund of your service, depending on the amount of work that the professional in charge has done in his task; for example; You have requested a custom campaign, where the total of your project is $ 5,000.00 and requests the cancellation before the total project is canceled, in this hypothetical case, the professional has worked 50% of the development requested, then, you will receive a refund of $ 2,500.00, which corresponds to the remaining 50% to develop. In other words, it will be possible to reimburse the total of your investment, only if the project has not started. Otherwise, if our professional in charge of your project has finished the work assigned, there will be no refund of your money, only for added services such as prepaid campaigns that have not been performed, among others.

 

About changes in your order.

At any time, before receiving our services, you can contact us to request changes. By this, we mean both the inclusion and the removal or modification of the service. Once we have begun providing the service, we generally cannot make changes; however, we will make every effort to accommodate your request if you ask us to do so and to review whether changes can be made.

 

Review Requests.

You may request a review through your order status page within 30 days of the date the project is available to you. Reviews are free as long as the original material is not being edited. Changes to the original material will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We may be able to edit existing work and charge additionally for previously unsolicited services, but if the changes are substantial, a complete restructuring of your project may be required. The most common review requests we see are small things like names of people, places, phone numbers, and photographs. When you make your request, we ask you for this information and urge you to provide it, as names can be particularly easy to confuse. This will significantly reduce the need for revisions and corrections, ensuring that the final project is delivered as soon as possible.

 

About delivery times.

We provide an estimate of the delivery time during the purchase process based on the historical order information. This is an estimate of the time that will pass from the time we assign your project to a professional until we deliver it to you. Since the way we work is only with professionals in the assigned areas, the delivery time will be estimated based on the type of project you hire, and you will be informed before the execution of your request begins, where you must give us the Approval of the delivery time. The delivery time starts counting once the project is assigned to a professional, as there may be delays during the underlying processing of the order. For example, if the information needed for the basic development of an application, a campaign, or a website has not been delivered.

 

About the quality of our services.
